We provide expert advice and information for employers managing pregnant women and new parents at work.

Maternity Action is collecting case studies of employers who have found solutions to some of the practical challenges of managing pregnant women and new mothers at work.  The case studies will be profiled in a campaign run by the Equality and Human Rights Commission in 2015.

Maternity Action is currently developing resources to help employers successfully manage and support women who wish to accommodate breastfeeding at work. These should be available in September 2014.
